HTTP and WebSocket error responses include a machine-readable error code.

| E_SIG_MISMATCH | Recovered signer address does not match the user field |
| E_NONCE_USED | This nonce has already been used by this account |
| E_NONCE_INVALID | Nonce is not a valid positive integer |
| E_INSUFFICIENT_BALANCE | Available balance is too low for this order |
| E_CREDIT_LIMIT | Order would exceed the account credit limit |
| E_MARKET_NOT_FOUND | The specified market ID does not exist |
| E_INVALID_PRICE | Price is zero, negative, or not a valid integer |
| E_INVALID_QUANTITY | Quantity is zero, negative, or not a valid integer |
| E_POST_ONLY_REJECTED | Post-Only order would have crossed the spread |
| E_FOK_REJECTED | FOK order could not be fully filled immediately |
| E_ORDER_NOT_FOUND | Order ID does not exist or does not belong to this account |
| E_MARKET_CLOSED | The market is currently not accepting orders |

In automated strategies, handle E_NONCE_USED by incrementing your nonce counter and retrying. Never retry on E_SIG_MISMATCH — this indicates a signing error that needs investigation.
